A garage in the upmarket London district of Chelsea is set to be auctioned for £180,000 ($261,567) or more, as the escalation in real estate prices in the already expensive city continues.
The garage – set to be auctioned later this month – offers secure off street parking and has an internal area of approximately 146 square feet.

Here on the Lake all dock permits have been issued so the only way to have a dock is to buy one along with its permit.

Jeepers. Similar thing happening here in Auckland, although there has been a slight slowing of the rises in price and growth elsewhere in the country, which is good news for sellers, but not good news for buyers, as they say.
Where I live you can get a 30yr old house(avg age), 1100sq on both floors, and a large lot for around $200K. There are newer higher priced houses but this is a closed market so the prices don't go crazy

Pretty much the the same here, but its no exaggerration to say the Asian investment class are just going nuts over Australian inner city metropolitan real estate at the moment
