It's that time of year again and Addison will be buzzing with vintage aircraft. If you are in the area, I highly recommend visiting the Cavanaugh Flight Museum and Warbirds over Addison May 17 - 18, 2014.
Bob Cardin will be there with Glacier Girl. Bob was the man who lead the team who removed the P-38 from inside a glacier many years ago.
Also, for $250 you can ride in a Stearman or Travel Air, for $345 in a Texan, for $550 in a T-28 Trojan, for $225 in a O-2a Skymaster, for $150 in a OH-13 Sioux, and for $1,995 in a P-51. I'm not sure if the bombers will be there with rides.
