Just catching up again Wayne. Beaut work mate. I haven't seen the second part of that magazine article yet, but I'm going into town on Friday, so I'll have a look for it, and send the stuff to you.
next....
Man, how do you get the two fuselage halves together so incredibly seamless? I struggle with that, and other seam problems, on a continuous basis. That, and I end up erasing seams that are suppose to be there while trying to get rid of the halve seams.
By the way, excellent job, as usual.
getting the parts together right is most of the battle, plenty of dry fitting to test the mating of the surfaces, sometimes it requires a bit of light sanding along the edges, sometime you need to reduce or remove the locating pins....different kits different challenges....just need to take care and be patient.
Now, I will tell you that the 109 actually has fuselage seams along the top and bottom of the fuselage....didn't know wthat when I built this one!
Thanks Guys!
Does it really matter which kit it is??? Really nice work.
