were did Kurfurst 109 site go??

I looking for some info on the db605,went to click on kurfurst site,and it gone,all I get is this Magyar Hosting, were did it go???

It is a real shame when these sites go dark, I wish they had a place to advertise the fact and seek sponsors to take over the hosting.

True, although hosting fees aren't exactly a bank breaker, usually between a $1.00 and $10.00 a month.

Agreed, I suspect in most cases the organization behind the site closed down, in some cases from lack of living membership. In other cases the owner (e.g. Swanny) just decided they no longer had the time and energy to continue. Either way it would be nice to be able to have a chance to at least rescue/rehome the content before the site is shuttered.

Try searching on waybackmachine to get the info you want. Tends to work fairly well for most things.
