We moved the hangar queen out to a tiedown today for some hangar rewiring work. Objects in that right mirror may be closer than they look.

Yeah, that would give you a jar if you saw that on the highway! I'm going to brew a pot of coffee (or 2) and pore through my 310 stuff to see what you might be interested in. As an aside, I'm glad to see your bird is still with us. I've owned five planes in my lifetime (so far!) and never put a scratch on any of them while I owned them. However, all but one have been totaled by successive owners. Only one fatality, thank goodness. But I'm glad I have the photos to line my Man Cave walls!

I looked up your old 310 N-number and it was now on an airliner. I was not going to ask. :pilotsalute:

My partner has a scrap of his first plane, one that his partner wrapped around a 150' fir tree. He did not survive. Today we talked about a friend we lost in another accident. It is very unforgiving business.
True. Non pilots think that pilots who always read accident reports are ghouls. Not so. We read them to learn from the other fellows mistakes and profit thereby. Preparedness is the only key to survival in the air. Didn't mean to lecture. I taught Aviation Science in a community college for years - hard to get off the podium!
