"Pressure" (the D-Day movie centred on the weather forecasting). Quite well done, considering the subject matter.

worth the watch.

Watched "The Weight" yesterday. Kind of mixed feelings. Movie is not bad, the acting is good on all levels (maybe 2 of the characters are weaker), story is more realistic than some of the action-fantasy we've seen before. I was waiting for more but at the end I said to myself: this story sounds realistic (even if it's PROBABLY the opposite) and life is not and action movie.

Watched Strategic Air Command again, on TV. Commented to my wife, the first time I saw this movie was 1955 when it hit the theater downtown. I told of my airplane nut buddy and I skipping school to see it. It was nearly the last week of school, so we went to each of out teachers and told them of our plan. Only one of mine said that I had better be in class, the others said not to worry. About half way through the movie, my buddy next to me began to stand up. When I looked, his mother behind him, had him by the ears pulling him out of the theater. His last words were, "Tell me how it comes out."
The B-36 flight scenes are still fantastic!
