Although, the other Messerschmitt I like is the Buchon - yes, I know that might be considered sacrilege by some of you, but the big chested bird looks mean.
I'd have to say the F. It was the pilots favorite too, Only problem was it was undergunned but in the f vs f role, that was not so much a disadvantage. Best performance; rate of climb, maneuverability of all the models, not sure about speed. I

This E-3 being worked on, shows signs of gloss to it's paint, especially on the props and spinner.
It's not mirror shiney, but that's clearly not a matte paint.
That's because it's a museum exhibit and has been on public display at the RAF Museum since it opened back in the early 1970s. It is high time it had a refurbishment, but work has slowed on that side of things, the Lysander and Wellington are still in the shop at Cosford and the Hampden is moving slowly. The Beaufighter will probably be next, it is certainly showing its age. All the German aircraft at Hendon are looking a little worse for wear for being on display for years without major work done on them, but these things cost money and take time...
The Me 109K. It has the most blunt, brutal looking nose of all WW2 fighters which gives it a very powerful appearance as do the wing bulges.
But without the uglifying tailwheel of the G-10.

Your box art looks great except for pilot scale. It makes the plane look much larger than it actually is. Of note is the head and shoulders of the pilot in the art work vice the one below.

I have a photo somewhere of that G-10 and the RAF Museum's Bf 109G-2 in formation with the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight taken at North Weald many years ago, the sound of the two Bf 109s was quite different, each of them did solo displays if I can remember, it was a while ago.
Bf-109 was decent but i think it could been much better with a few modifications:
1-Ailerons that go to the edge of the wing
2-A wider cockpit, give the pilot at least some elbow bulges on the sides, i don't think that would seriously hurt production or performance, or at least give some sort of boosted controls
3-a canopy with much less frames, armored glass from the start instead of a head rest
4-Some sort of flap control that isn't a wheel that needs a lot of turns, if there's no room, just put a small electric motor chained to the thing.

Agreed. The K is the best looking in my opinion, followed closely, if not tied with the F.
The extended and fixed tail gear of the G-10 just destroys the whole outline for me
