I am going to apply some decals if I get the time. After the light show most likely. Looks like the rain might hold off. My littlest baby insists it's getting dark and sparkler time.

Print Scale Sets 1 and 3 I used gave me initial problems. More breaks and cracks than the government. When I used the other set, Set 4, that had decals I needed, they didn't break as easily as the first Print Scale decals. It's a good thing the same exact units were in the other set. Still not finished, and with class starting, I will to work on them as time allows.

That first one with the red stripe cracked on me. I am glad I had the other one to replace it. Army markings are very cool compared to the Navy's uniform color choices.

With print scale I would recommend you use Microscale decal film. Same for older decals like Monogram or Revell or Otaki. Yes they will thicken your decal but they won't crack.

So now I want to do this. Shouldn't be a time consuming process. Caught a break with current class as three assignments given in a different class can be applied to the current class. Less work to do down the road.
