Or a fast medium/light bomber in the vein of the Mosquito or the Mixmaster (Two coupled engines providing power to a single airscrew). Nice model BTW. Is it scratch-built? Injection molded or resin kit?

Possibly explains why it wasn't adopted for service, then! It probably did what the Battle did, but more elegantly! :)
