You were at same place as IIAF Pilots ... I know it's a different sub-unit, but the AFB is same.
I am all ears to hear anything that is not considered "Top Secret" and "Eyes Only".

I never saw any foreign forces while at Lackland. We did have a large amount of IIAF at tech school (Kessler AFB) but never interacted with them un less they were in our class. We had no foreign personal in any of my classes. I just remember their rank insignia were confusing to us. Shoulder boards with stars all over the place. These were apparently enlisted because all foreign officers wore white name tags so we would know who we were supposed to salute.
