Ever wondered why they did do omaha beach etc and not more a bit left or right? It looks like rock but isnt. One could scratch the name of his fav. Airplane in it with his thumb nail. It is dangerous to walk under it and many minor beaches are permanently closed. Being a Ranger in 44 just became more heroic..
