Vic, yours? A 747? Or a 707?

was the 747 a 100 series? this kit is a reissue of the old 747-100 kit from Revell, though it's be released as the shuttle carrier aircraft with shuttle

wow, that's awesome, Vic! I've got a -400 I'm gonna do in United Battleship along with a 777-200 in United Battleship. I've been considering starting them

Modifying the engine pylons. I'm uncertain as to what these ducts are on the left side of the pylons, but the one I created on this one is a little too far forward, so I'll have to putty it and re-do it with a reference. I used this drill bit and this diamond needle file to create this duct. I also did the ones on the forward pylon tips.

thanks, fellas. I don't really plan on doing weathering. I plan on doing both these birds as though they were brand new.

Not a whole lot to update. I bit the bullet and ordered engines by Bra.Z. Models from Hannants. along with detail decals. not exactly fond of their policy where I have to spend up to $50 in order to have them ship what I want. finding something you want for super cheap is hard. lol

Well, I may have to re-do the holes on all 3 engine pylons. they're too far forward. xP
