14 he day with 11hr driving within the 14 hrs. 70 hr in 8 days max. The eighth day always rolls off at midnight. I could not drive till 9 this morning because I only had 31 minutes on my 70 hr clock. We can do a 44 hr reset which clears our clock and I've done 3 in 5 weeks. Canadian rules allow more time driving but can be stric t or in some areas. We have to study Canadian rules also because we service north of the boarder if we have passport. Don't worry I dont, yey.

Well I know I've not been able to participate well in this build, but today I passed my written and road test to become an official Swift driver. I was issued my own truck, a 2014 Freightliner Cascadia with an 8 speed manual transmission. It has 375000 miles on it but it's mine.

OK so I've been home since Wednesday night (1830) and am just now getting into the room on the C-47. I shot the cowls Alclad Aircraft Aluminum and the gear, props and Engines Testors Metalizer steel. try to get some clean up on this and some more done today. Tomorrow I leave for two weeks on the road so if not today then when.

Like the truck !

Oh that was a statement, had it been a question I would be up in arms as to the answer. So I think Thanks is in order. Not sure I like the life style though.

I masked off the side windows and shot the aluminum on the cowles and steel on the props. I will need more time to finish then the 2 September deadline though.

The first photo is my first real dock (took me one try instead of 15 min). The next is my tractor in my driveway at home. I like how it is so inconspicuous.

Got home yesterday for a 3 day break. Been to Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Wyoming, Utah, Washington, Idaho, Colorado, and Texas. Wiled ride and I just have not found the time to do much when I am out.

So anyhow. got the gear on and some of the markings. Cut the cargo doors for placement can't find the cockpit door. Moving right along.
