OK, will have a look today and get back to you. 9.5mm to OUTSIDE of white border I assume. No black outline wanted.
 
So as I was mentioning previously the Eduard decals were falling apart including the HakenKreuzes. Here's an example of what I was talking about

I ordered in some new early war German crosses decals and with Andy to the rescue on the HakenKreuzes I was able to complete the decals for Minke Pinke today. I laid down a gloss coat of of Gunze clear gloss first then placed the decals. I like the Gunze gloss as it drys quickly and doesn't have a tacky feel to it. I tend to use a fair amount of water and decal softener and I have found that both eat through future when I used that as a gloss coat. Not so with Gunze.
