That does stink!!!!!!!!!
I wonder if a cut in the bubble could be made, and Future pushed under the paint. I wonder if this would stick the paint back down ????? Think?

I've been wondering about this paint bubble Pete and can only assume that some moisture got under the paint when applied or drying. Just a though............
