Good one Karl! I may do the Hasegawa Mk.1 Hurricane as a second entry. It will be interesting to see the difference between the kits.

Nice choice mate, and it's not a bad kit, being quite 'advanced' when first released in the early 80s. I want to do a Polish Hurricane in 1/32nd scale, but I'll have to wait for the right kit from Pacific Coast models, or alter the early version they do.
Doubt I'll get it done for the GB, so might throw in an Airfix one too.

Karl, I have noticed you found a couple of shots too. So I'm omitting these you posted above. Here is the rest of them.

Haven't been able to find anything on the squadron aircraft Karl, but did find this photo of Sqn Ldr Witold Urbanowicz after receiving his DFC.

ok got the very basic Airfix cockpit painted and assembled, the control columb broke as i cut it from the sprue, no biggie as it was pants anyway and as the canopy will be closed you wont see any detail anyway.
also put the fuselage halves together.

cheers Vic, going to put most of the effort into the paintjob on this project as the kit is pretty good but also pretty basic inside

Undoubtedly it is a very basic model. But some work on this and it might be a very nice one. Anyway she looks very nice though. Keep working.
