G'day Kevin, happy new year mate!
Thanks for your interest, working on other projects at the minute:
2 Union and 1 Academy (ex-Union) 1:288 Space Shuttles (one Shuttle, one Shuttle with rocket boosters and launch pad, and one Shuttle mounted on Boeing 747 for flight testing)
Also working on a Matchbox Boston Mk.IV and repairing an Airfix Ki-46-II Dinah, both 1:72.
I don't know about shrinkage, but my Venom has a large warp on the port fuselage lower half, dry fit showing the halves touch at nose and exhaust, but a huge gap in the middle.
Not a major problem, can be forced together, but while filing the halves for a good fit, have ended up with a slightly oval exhaust shroud somehow, despite lining up panel lines and cap details...frustrating, as I like my models to be accurate representations of the real thing (which is why I'm such an idiot for niggly details). I'll sort it somehow...
Still haven't got the wedding pics btw, will post some when we do.
