these were not nachtjagdgruppe but from I./JG 3 which flew high cover for Sturmstaffel 1 Fw's and heavy Bf 110G-2's from ZG 26/76. black numerals were all from the same staffel which was the second. Schwarze 14 later had the white spiral applied to the spinner.

IMHO it's a narrow-gauge , industrial tank locomotive 0-3-0, type F3,750 or G3,750, G3,1067 made by the Kolomna plant 1911-1926
