Well, the final teams have qualified and the World Cup groups are set. That means its time for the obligatory World Cup thread where Marcel and Adler let our friendly football rivalry get a lil wild.

Note: It can get a lil feisty in here between us two, but it's all in good natured rival fun. Its sort of become a tradition every World Cup and Euro Cup.

Hopefully this tournament is not turned into a political spectacle, or that the trophy doesn't get stolen, and we can enjoy the tournament as its meant to be, a sporting event that unites the world for a while.

Speaking of kindness, Marcel , could you reach out to your friend who collects Dutch uniforms. I wrote to him last summer, but he never responded. I would love to know if he has any WW2 era Dutch uniforms he would be interested in selling? I'll be back over in Europe in 6 weeks.
