FSM had an article on an experimental prototype mobile AT gun based on the Stuart and that looked good to me. Hence the two M3 kits.

FSM had an article on an experimental prototype mobile AT gun based on the Stuart and that looked good to me. Hence the two M3 kits.

There were a few like that. I love the experimental version with the M16 quadruple .50 cal gun mounting, and the turretless recce version we used in NZ.
The Yugoslavians also used some with German mounted weapons, including the PAK 75, and Flakvierling arrangement... so many sexy options!

I recall that back in the 1970's an outfit in Augusta GA was selling Stuarts for $12,500. Probably would have been quite a good investment!
