The F-14A Tomcat, which has been in operation since September 1974, was replaced in the 1990s by the F-14B, which was equipped with a large-thrust F110-GE-400 engine and updated fire control equipment. One of the distinguishing points in terms of the outside diameter is the change in the shape...

From Squadron:

There are 2 kits I have my sights on at moment - that Stuart is one, a new 1:72 Westland Wasp is the other.

[MIflyer]

I have two Tamiya M3 Stuarts and one Tamiya M5 Stuart that I have not built yet.

[A4K]

Be nice to see them done mate!

Edit: Just ordered the Miniart Stuart, good deal on E-bay

FSM had an article on an experimental prototype mobile AT gun based on the Stuart and that looked good to me. Hence the two M3 kits.

There were a few like that. I love the experimental version with the M16 quadruple .50 cal gun mounting, and the turretless recce version we used in NZ.
The Yugoslavians also used some with German mounted weapons, including the PAK 75, and Flakvierling arrangement... so many sexy options!

I recall that back in the 1970's an outfit in Augusta GA was selling Stuarts for $12,500. Probably would have been quite a good investment!
