What can I say....I LOVE those pre-war colors of the USN! Let's see, blue, that's USS Enterprise, right? I know red is/was USS Yorktown..
But, is it just me....the shade seems a tad weird, or is it just too many beers the last 24 hours??

Very nice! It's a neat scheme, but a stupid one. Why would you paint the top wing of your planes yellow? Apparently they don't care about camoflage.

Agree with all. The yellow does look a tad orangish, but I guess it's the lighting again.

Catch, this represents the pre war period, when most US aircraft were rather colourful.... and camo was not a requirement!
