Just a few weeks ago I heard a song on the radio (from the Jamie Cullum Jazz show on BBC 2 if you know it - we have it here in Canada on Jazz FM 91.1) which amazed me! The voice of the singer, his style and interpretation - everything was amazing. Firstly I thought this was and old record from the 40s maybe. To my biggest surprise the singer is a young Australian, called C.W. Stoneking. If you don't know him, try to find as much as possible - he has at least 4-5 albums. The song I heard was called "The love me or die":

And here "Brave Son of America" - a song about Gen. McArthur:


P.S. If you like Tom Waits you probably would love Stoneking. I surely do.
