Because it is a huge Garden (Park), A huge Book and related store, a big handcrafts store, several coffeeshops, several Cinemas, an Scape Room and some other things ...

This place is huge! Even bigger than any modern Mall / Shopping center, in Tehran.

I'm currently at 4th quarter, 2nd Main entrance Gate ... And that's inside view:

Very intricate patterns, are they cotton or wool and I wont insult by suggesting synthetic. I take it they are also locally made.
