If you can't get RLM 02 Kevin, just mix a mid-grey, and add a spot or so of dark green, until it looks greyish green, almost like German Field Grey (which was more green than grey!!)
I know that sounds hit and miss, but remember, there's a load of b*****s talked about colours sometimes, as people very often forget to take into account how it's been applied, onto what surface, the batch etc, and, more importantly, the 'scale effect'. Those that argue the toss about it 'not being the correct shade, it's 'x' miilsomethings out' should stop and think sometimes! The colour in your pic of the opened '109 cowling should be RLM02, but, in that pic, it looks a bit light. However, take the actual paint used, and paint it onto the same components in 1/72nd scale, and it would probably look too dark! I've done just that. I've been painting RLM02 by mixing my own for the past few years, and it looked right, when adjusted in shade for the scale concerned. Coincidentally, today, I found a tin of 02 I've had for at least 25 years, which I know to be an exact match to the real thing. But, when painted onto parts of my 1/48th scale Dora, it looked a little too dark!
Simple solution, just lighten it slightly - who's going to put a spot meter on it anyway?
