Clemens Schmoll, 6/JG301, Fw 190D-9 Red 13, Wnr. 210913 - Me/ Fw Group Build.

Coming along nicely, Jan - and great ref photos A4K.

Awesome pics thanks a bunch! :thumbright: Just get that thing painted and installed then...

As I was saying, slightly spacers, or if the angle of the wings isn't enough, do it that way to get rid of the gap...

Coming along nicely Jan but looks like one of the MG's has the convergence set to about 3 meters!

True mate! The blasted thing came loose, just need to glue it again....
Think that I'll try some ever so slightly longer spacers to get rid of of the gap...

Cheers!

loving the cockpit Jan, good luck with the spacers, looks like a fiddly job !!

Cheers fellas! Have some spacers in there already, but they can be swapped for slightly longer ones me think...use the wings would only get the wing dihedral wrong, as it looks alright to me...

Cheers again troops! :D

Much obliged young man! See if we can get some tooling done today...

9 (put your choice of sentence enhancer here) years ago! So it's here that she belongs the D-9 that I just dug out and couldn't remember what she was meant to be....

Any news on the shape and size of the 13 that she was carrying?

Good stuff Jan! Got 'a few' GB builds to finish myself..!

I am thinking the 3 is rounded and not squared if that makes sense ~ of course in solid red no white outline.
