I downloaded this video from Limewire, its either an .avi or a .mpg either way it uses WMP, Id like to show it in a new thread but dont know how to attach it.
Could somebody help me?

Yep, the same way as you attach pictures apart from the fact it will take longer...

You may have to zip it, as I am not sure that WMP is an allowed extension.
