Dom, are you familiar with Josef Balejka? He flew with Josef Frantisek in Polish Squadron during BoB and later. He served in Polish, France and the British Air forces during WW2. Google for his name...
He emigrated to England because of communists after WW2 and came back after the velvet revolution. Was born and died in Valasske Klobouky, in my father´s born town, few miles away from my town.

Romek could you tell us much more about him,please?

There were 4 Czech pilots who served in 303rd. Balejka was one of them and only he survived the war.
Haven´t found too much info on him on the web in English
