Thanks guys and jump in Karl. We can have Terry seeing stereo. Here are a couple of quick pics. The pinwashes are done and a treatment of dullcote has been applied. The gunpwder staining was done with a prismacolor pencil. It was applied behind the guns, over the glosscote and then pulled back with my thumb to elongate and feather out. This only works over a glossy finish. On a matte finish it stays right where it was put.
