Okay, a few more pictures and some explanation. I have been pushing to get this done on time and I think I am close... end in sight.

In the prior pictures I had added decals, control rods for both the elevators and ailerons. There is a window on the bottom that I got to fit but the forward window I found to be a light. The part given from the kit is way too big and does not work so I made a light that did fit and looked like a light. First I heated a clear sprue piece and pushed it against a flat object while it was hot, pancaking the end. Then I sanded the end smooth and polished it until it looked right. I made sure the part fit before cutting it. After cutting I drilled a hole from the back and put a drop of white paint into it to simulate a light bulb. Once glued in it looked correct. I also finished adding the underside items like the landing gear, antenna, and step. The landing gear was a pain in the keaster. Lots of parts and lots of dry fits to get it right. Also did the propellers, exhaust and two small windows on the nose.

For tonight I started painting and adding the windows. I also tried to correct a couple of errors I found with the paint. I drew lines through the decals at the panel line areas since the decals are suppose to be painted. Not all the decals but some of them. I also started adding some weathering. Hopefully not too much. Added the gun and in many of the pictures where a gun was present I noticed that the gun had a dummy cord that really chaffed the side of the plane. I tried to add this. Dummy cord I'll add tomorrow. Hope the plane looks ok. This is the hardest part for me. As you can see, most of the windows are on. Success. Thanks guys for your input.

Thanks guys, you know I think this is the first and only Potez 631 completed (not just started) on this website. I only know of one other attempt and it wasn't completed. How cool is that. :)

Really appriciated guys. Will be back at it this evening. Rear window, antenna, pitot tube, dummy cord for machine gun and rearward tube which I believe may be for an extendable wire antenna. Finish up the props give the plane a coat of dull coat, add some magic powder, and call it done. Then come the pictures. :)

Okay, here are some more photos. I will try to get more for the finished thread but at least this will give a good idea. Would prefer daylight to spot light but we'll see.
