Very nice! It's interesting to see the plane come together... very clean shape!

Nice work!

Azur made a 14N engine in place of M model.
The reduction gear box is too long. It would not a problem because it is not visible behind the spinner, but the spinner and propeller would be too forward.
verify that the spinner back plate is in same pland that the cowling leading edge

Found more time to continue.,, Filled in all gaps I could find with either card or paste. For the paste I put tape on either side of the gap and filled the void. Sanded as necessary and rescribed the lines as needed. Next I worked on the nav lights. The green comes from an actual nav light cover. The red I made from an LED. I first filed out the place where the cover should go. Then I put aluminum foil for reflection. Paint would not react well with glue and I wanted some refection like I would normally expect from a light. On the green and red plastic I drilled a small hole in the inside corner and put a small amount of white paint to represent the light bulb. I then glued the part in leaving it over sized. This allows me to file it down to size and shape without too much trouble. Came out nicely.

Currently building up and finishing the engines. I'm also prepping the plane for paint and adding any last minute parts before the first layer. Will post later. Thanks for support. Trying to finish this in time.

Here is the result of this weekends efforts. Completed the engines for now. Still need to shorten them before I do the final attachment of the spinners. I also attached the gun pods, filled and smoothed the gaps, added the cowlings and intakes, and finally taped it up in prep for painting. I may try to paint tomorrow with white first, then pre-shade the panel lines. Still pushing forward.

I use silver paint to check my gaps. Its a good way to see any imperfections..

Haven't decided which paint scheme to go with just yet. I started this with the one in mind but not sure how much time I have left. I kind of like the one with the red and yellow stripes because its so unusual for something that would be called a night fighter.
