Check with Wayne..... he uses a 30 dollar airbrush and does a smashing job. Just goes to show you don't have to fork out a lot to get good results.

Yea George 95% of what I spray can be done with any old airbrush and proper masking (although it's easier with a duel action brush). You only need an expensive fine control buish for doing stuff like free hand Luftwaffe camo jobs.

I've got an airbrush and compressor but the problem is my son works graveyard shift and sleeps all day and my wife works swing shifts and sleeps all night.

Don't know if this is an option for you George, but I have my compressor in the basement and an air line running up to a the enclosed back porch where I have my model area set up. Have a pressure gauge and regulator mounter on the wall with quick disconnects for my airbrushes. Don't here a thing.
