The lower wing is in place, followed by the upper wings, not my preferred way of doing the wings.....
Fit was not as i expected doing it this way but i work with how it turned out, you can see things didn't quite line up as i hoped, with a few gaps and a slight step along the fuselage to wing joint....

The little details you add, opening slots, thinning the sheet metal on the seat.

Have advanced a fair way on this even though i haven't been on much lately so i will try and catch things up.
Upper wings are in place and fit was reasonable with some gaps, I stretched some sprue and then laid thes e pieces in the wing joints and the sanded things to a smooth finish....
the cowl guns in place with a spacer for maintaining shape and a bit of extra strength and the cowling assembly is glued in place.....a nice snug fit...!
