Thanks guys, I gotta say this is pretty close to a throw some glue in the box and shake it up kit. It is a really great fit over all. there are a couple of scratch your head moments but really is sweet kit. Got the interior together and the fuselage halves on and the inner wings mounted.

I tried to add a bit of color to the bomb bay and the gear wells but will have to take it all back to chromate green. They were either chromate green or the under side color of the aircraft. nothing silver or other.

OK thanks again guys, I had a bit of an issue with the left wing. The lower wing / fuselage mate was a gap only. I've never tried this before but I've heard baking soda and CA will fill the gap and give a strong bond. So here we go. I used a putty tool with a small spoon like end to scoop the BS into the crack and then just ran a bead of CA down the gap. I also had a small lip at the leading edge and I filled it in with by putting the BS in then CAing it.

I'm sure you all have at least seen the process mentioned before. I had and thought in this case it might be the right was to go about it. I found it to be very functional for this area. I now have a very strong bond and the gap was filled. I'm not sure why the gap was there in the first place. I test fitted that wing several times and reconfirmed alignment via panel lines several times before glueing. When the wing was cut for the Wolf Pack wing fold set, there were no alignment pins, not that makes a lot of difference, but it did make for a slow process of aligning the upper and lower inner wing halves. The Wolf Pack inner wing was then added and was quite a good fit with no filing or sanding needed to get in. this should not have affected the wing to fuselage mate but it seems like the upper wing is just a tad further in then the lower. the other wing fit with little issue. The alignment down the rest of the wing is as it should be for panel lines. Anyway it seems to have had the desired results of a strong bond and filling the gap. It also filled in the forward lower sing root with little sanding necessary. The moral of the story, try it you might like it. more pictures later.

Well I cleaned up the soda/ca work, had a little run off into the gearwell and down the side of the fuselage. Easy clean up, worked great.

I had a small step on the other side upper wing to fuselage mate so I ran a small stip of card thin card stock at an angle and then sanded to get the smooth wing mate I wanted.

I shot the nose testors acrylic gloss insignia yellow and the rest testors acrylic gloss dark sea blue. shot the wolf pack puuer side of the outer wing the same but I may need to strip them and prime them first.
