Since I Am going to pad the cell, so to speak,
I am framing the openings for depth.
Ain't easy!!!!!!
I cut 2mm wide strips from .42mm thin sheet.
First photo wasn't too bad for the large door opening, the trim fit on the INside of the opening.
Second photo the window on the left is a different story, it's on the wall, to allow inserting the glass.
I did this one by making a little block with a radius corner, doing one corner at a time.
Discovered if I touched the corner with Tamiya thin cement, the corner broke.
Needed a different tack.
Third photo I pre-stressed the thin sheet strip, the curled piece.
I also stuck a piece of 1mm x 1mm square Evergreen along the edges.
Now glueing the edge touching the 1x1 strip, wait till set,
then make the radius and glue along the edge ONLY, not the radius,
hold this in place till set, and repeat......
Glad this is now done!!!!!!
