Thanks guys, Eddie lives in Florida.
I contacted him and he sent me a picture of him in this plane number.
I found the one getting launched on the web.
My plan is to see if he would like this build when I finish.
So, I have gotten a good start, Seats and IP.
PE parts are pretty small at 1/72nd!!!!

It's too hot to work in the garage on my wifes sewing table,
so bench time today.

I'd struggle with the PE belts on a 1/48th scale seat, so how the heck you manage in 'Tiny Tot' scale I son't know !
