Looks like another Natural Metal build; but I'm going to look into going back to enamel paint, at least for the base layer. The checkerboard is really talking to me; 84th FS; 78th FG based in Duxford. I'm going to assume that the category is the modeler; not the amount of money you throw at a build.

I found a YT vid (Plasmo) about building this exact kit and when it came time to put the checkerboard on, he cut tiny wedges in the front of the decal, so it could curve without wrinkles. I'm putting this here so in February, I'll remember to do that.
