Looks like this one will be on hold for a while.
On a close look at the decals I saw they were fill of cracks so I gave them 3 coats of liquid decal film but it did not work as can be seen below.
You can see the cracks in the decal sheet on the left and on the right you can see what happened when I tried to use it.
I found a decal sheet with "Hep Cat" on it and have ordered it but it's coming from Australia so will take a while.

That what surprised me about it, I put 3 coats on it and it still fell apart

I put on 3 coats Microscale Liquid Decal Film. I've used it before and it's always worked, I guess these decals were just too far gone.
The new decals are supposed to be delivered by Nov. 2, so still enough time to finish
