Moving on folks at a rapid pace, striking while the iron is hot so to speak. After the primer had a night to settle it was on with the aluminium coat.

This was followed later in the day with a good dosing of hair spray, not only did it stink the garage out but a good half of the neighborhood. this whwn dry was followed with a bit of panel line highlighting.

I actually applied these by hand held bristle brush, I wanted to see what the outcome would look like and and to see if they held up well under an over spray.

Thanks again gents. Did a little spraying today to get the yellow bits out of the way.

Initial white coat on the nose and tail to help bring the yellow out better.

Then the yellow and I was going such great guns that I'd started masking the yellow before I realised I'd not taken pics. Me Bad, slap on the wrist!

Many thanks gents. Splashed the underside and first camo colour of the topside.

Made a bit of a cock-up initially on the underside, sprayed the wrong colour. Soon fixed though and you see SMS PL189 (RLM76).

Topside initial colour SMS PL188 (RLM75). You can also see along the fuselage the Oramask 810 Stencil Film that George and Andy use for masking, works a treat. :lol:
