Offset to the left away from the exhaust. Metallic colours on the ends?


Geo , please have a look at the pics there. I know that the kite shouldn't be an example rather but the Venturi tube seems to be moved to the starboard.


But the one has it moved towards the port side ...

IMHO it doesn't matter to which side the offset is but the tube has to be off the stream of the exhaust fumes from the pipes.

Belonged to the German pilot who escorted the way damaged B-17 out of harms way to make it back to England.
 
Thanks Vic. Left side done. I was worried about the Africa decal as it had a crease running through it. It took a bit of persuasion to get the decal off the sheet but these 2008 Eduard decals are pretty skookum. Hard to see but above the fuel grade decal is a filler cap that Eduard missed and I used a circular scribing template
