Many thanks gents and you have hit the only name that I know for this camo George. The only reference I have is the 'M1' scheme which is referenced in José Fernandez book 'Macchi C.200 Saetta.' Orange Series No 8113.

Many thanks to all. I'm calling this one done though will not be entering it as a finished build, lots of things went wrong over the last couple of days and the final straw was my having forgot to paint the camo colour on the cockpit screens. This I noticed after having spent considerable time trying to get them to fit correctly and after I'd removed the masking and noticed also that I've put the windscreen upside down. I haven't got the enthusiasm to sort it all out and have decided to move on to the next project.

Some final pics as she stands now.

See you's in the 'One Trick Pony!'

That's a shame you think that way Vic but I understand how you feel. I had the same emotion with my Eduard Wildcat.

That said, I think you've built a cracker of a model there and would be happy to judge it with the rest of your peers for the GB.
