More progress on the Mustang various exterior parts glued on. I found several pics online of inboard gear doors in the up position and decided to go with that . next once everything dries overnight i use the Tamiya 1500 grit sanding spong on the model. I need to also glue the landing flaps in the up postition next .

Been a minute since my last update :) Got some final sanding done tonight as well as finishing up the cockpit, Coaming painted and gunsight installed. The only part of this kit i dont like is the light lense on the leding edge of the wing . The fit of the clear part is crap and never blends in good after sanding . Now to start gluing on
canopy parts . I recently got part 1 of the Mauling Maulers from Furball l aero decals . I now have 43 Blue Nose Mustsang decal options !!

Finally progress on the Mustang . I been plugging away on some 50's jets sorry :( got the canopy masked and decided on Lt. Heyer Sweetie Face of the 352nd FG mins D-Day stripes .
I drided on the 3 idenifaction light on the wing tips . I'll use a combination white glue and tamiya clear colors for them on the end .
