It's the Skoda 30,5 cm M16 siege mortar not the howitzer judging by the orginal name ( Belagerungsmörser ... mörser=mortar ) of the type. The name type can be confused with the 42cm heavy siege howitzer (Autohaubitze) M.16/M.17 that looked quite similar to the 305mm M.16 mortar but was slightly larger. However I met the "siege howitzer" name as well.
IMHO not the soviet but the German's one that was captured by the Nazi Germany in the Czechoslovakia in 1938/39. Used by the Wehrmacht was marked as the 30,5 cm Mrs (t).

Hello,

The Renault ACD1 designed in the French army as Renault 36R TRC ((tracteur de ravitaillement de chars = tanks supply tractor) was a tank unit supply tractor.
It shared common elements with the Renault UE tractor (wheels and suspension elements, engine).
It was adopted in 1936 and the production started in 1938. 260 vehicles had been delivered in 1940. It was seen as very inferior to the Lorraine 37L TRC, which was also an armored tractor.
The tractor carried ammunition for the tanks (live load 822 kg) and towed a tracked trailer with a 450 liters fuel tank, 18 oil cans, 8 grease boxes, a pump and tools (live load 600 kg).

Weight: 2.7t (live load 1.4 t).
Length: 3.15m
Width: 1.70m
Height: 1.90m
Crew: 2 men
Maximum speed: 35 km/h (Renault engine, 4 cylinders, 38 hp at 2500 rpm, 2120 cm3), 28 km/h with maximum loads and with the trailer.
Transmission: 4 forward, 1 reverse
