You are right, that's Guise town. The tank is the Char B1bis Nr. 260 named "Ouragan" of 8th BCC. She was captured by Germans on 17th May 1940.

Where are all the wrecked German tanks? Guess the victors take the pictures.

It is said that Germans captured about 160 tanks and the Italins 8-20 ones. These that were abandoned by the French crews or were slightly damaged Germans repaired/modified and sent for farther service as the Panzerkampfwagen B-2 740(f). About 60 vehicles were modified and re-armed with a flame thrower and called Flammwagen auf Panzerkampfwagen B-2(f). The 16 of the Char tanks were rebuilt as the self-propelled howitzers armed with the 105mm leFH 18 howitzer and named 10.5 cm leFH18/3 (Sf) auf Geschützwagen B-2(f). Also a part of them was used as the tugs and training/learning vehicles Panzerkampfwagen B-2 740(f) als Schulfahrzeug. Most of the tanks was used in France against the guerilla and in 1944 against the allied troops. A couple of the tanks was still in the German service until the war end.
The entire rest of the destroyed tanks seems to be sent to the smelter plants just after the French Campaigne and then after the war.
