IMHO that is the Char B1 bis no.338 CHARENTE of the 41st BCC, the 3rd Company abandoned on May 18, 1940 in the town of Olizy-sur-Chiers after a failed counterattack aimed at clearing the La Ferté. The markings indicates the unit.
