Most likely, this is a tank produced by plant 112 ("Krasnoe Sormovo", Gorky) with cast turret from Stalingrad not earlier than August 1942.

Typical for this factory rear armor plate with a round access hatch with four screws and a sharp rear edge. The turret was cast in Stalingrad on Ship Plant - such turrets were used on tanks of plant 112 much longer than anywhere else. The rubber-tyred road wheels are also more typical for this manufacturer - others were already using internally amortized wheels. In Russian there is a good "guide to the T-34", which describes in great detail the distinguishing peculiarities you can use to determine the origin of the tank in many cases. But, of course, in the conditions of war, sometimes unusual "hybrids" appeared, so the origin of the hull and turret separately can be determined more precisely.
