Taken a picture of people around a destroyed / captured German Tank at Place de la Concorde in Paris. Photo is in my opinion in VG/EX overall condition. No issues I can see. I am sure this Sargent job in the USAAF during WWII was photographer.

PS. If Skoda PA-III it means that it is an OA vz 27. As memo serves there wasn't the Skoda OA vz 30 but the Tatra OA vz. 30 and it was a different armoured car.
