One of the reasons i am interested in these is just that. Germans in early war had a keen intrest in photography and could easily acquire camera and film. Another reason is the road the German advanced on where the same as did the BEF advanced on either to get to Belgium or to contest the German advance.OK: random question time (and I'm not really expecting an answer...): Did the Germans take a picture of every single Char B1-bis destroyed in France? There seem to be a gazillion pics of them, though some are no doubt pics of the same tank from different angles....

I do think it gave the people in Germany a little later, a wrong idea of the BEF losses ( all be hose heavy) Not to mention that every thank was killed by and not destroyed by their own.
