Actually not the Panzerkampfwagen Neubaufahrzeug V PzKpfw Nb.Fz V but the Reichswehr Großtraktor also called the Großtraktor-Krupp or Großtraktor III.

There were two prototypes made by Krupp ( no.43 and no.44 ). The one seen in the pic is the no.43 that become the famous monument to the 5th Panzer Regiment in Wünsdorf that built in 1937. Together with the Krupp , the Rheinmetall-Borsig and Daimler-Benz also built prototypes of the Großtraktor. The Rheinmetall tank prototypes got the no.45 and no.46 while the Daimler-Benz the no.41 and no.42. IIRC, at least three of them became the monuments and then were scrapped finally.
