Thanks for posting. This looks to be a DB 606 Double engine test stand, with the engine fitted in most of an early He 177 cowling and propeller assembly.
The DB 606 was based on the DB 601 E. The test rig is complicated and although the standard coolant system seems to be fitted in the annular radiator cowling, there also appears to be large cooling radiators in the bottom of the test rig, seen in pictures 3 and 4. The oil cooling system is completely redesigned for the rig installation, with the oil coolers low down on the rig, just above the large radiators. In picture 4, you can also see what appear to be adjustable cooling shutters placed in front of the coolant and oil radiators. Overall, the pictures help to illustrate the complexity and problems with access that this angled side-by-side coupled engine suffered.

Part of the reason that the engine is so difficult to see (and to work on) is that the individual component engines have a large amount of additional installation components. In the pictures in post #5055, you can see the large slightly flattened air inlet trunks that feed air to the supercharger on each component engine, the RHS engine being particularly noted as that engine is constructed as a "mirror" of the usual, with the supercharger on the RHS of the rear gearcase. This made the RHS component engine a different unit.
Also, the exhausts are long pipes instead of stubs, and the exhaust pipes themselves are shrouded in gas-tight shrouds that are only open at the ends where the exhaust pipes project slightly. Overall, these are complicated engines, far, far more than just a coupled pair.
